“We are not tech narcissists,” insists Yiannis Exarchos, CEO of Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS). “We have a team that is fully immersed in technology, but we always need to remember that this is about telling the stories of the most important athletes in the world as well as the values and the emotions they are generating.”
Nonetheless, the OBS, which is responsible for delivering official coverage across successive Games, continues to unleash an arsenal of technologies.
