ScreenSkills’ latest e-learning initiative aims to demystify, educate and expand the world of post-production across all levels of the industry. John Maxwell Hobbs reports.

The ScreenSkills e-learning initiative, funded by the High-End TV Skills Fund, arose out of a very specific and growing problem in the broadcast industry: the disconnect between production teams and post-production workflows. As Hannah Green, High-End TV Senior Programmes Manager at ScreenSkills, explains, the initiative was rooted in a need recognised by the industry itself.
