Compact motion control comes of age with Cinebot Nano

MultiDyne will demonstrate at IBC2026 how its Cinebot Nano compact motion control system has been adopted by broadcasters and boutique production houses.

The system no longer requires a large crew, dedicated studio or six-figure budget. Developed by MultiDyne Robotics and Motion Control (MRMC), the Cinebot Nano combines MRMC’s robotics expertise with a lightweight, travel-ready design that fits into three airline-compliant cases.

It supports cameras up to 7kg and offers 1m of reach on either side. The included software allows users to create sophisticated, repeatable camera moves immediately, without additional investment.

This brings precision camera movement, long reserved for high-end productions, to lower-budget applications. The system can be mounted on a tripod, suspended upside down, or installed on a vehicle for dynamic cockpit shots.

MultiDyne acquired the assets of the former MRMC earlier this year.
