Leading UK executives Dawn Airey, Nigel Hall and Russ Lindsay have launched production company Moon&Back Media backed by Asylum Entertainment Group.
Airey was the launch Director of Programmes for Channel 5 and is a former Managing Director of Sky channels and Director of Global Content at ITV.
Hall was Global Head of TV for Simon Cowell’s Syco Entertainment, with credits including The X Factor and Got Talent franchises. He is a former Head of Light Entertainment at ITV.
Lindsay is the co-founder of UK talent agency James Grant.
Hall, Lindsay and Airey will aim to create talent-driven international formats at Moon&Back Media.
Asylum Entertainment Group – part of Endeavor’s non scripted content group – is the parent company to Texas Crew Productions, Big City TV, Breaklight Pictures, and Audity.
Asylum has produced a slate of television long-form, features, documentaries and unscripted series, including launching limited series The Kennedys, starring Katie Holmes and Greg Kinnear.
