Rise Awards unveils 2025 shortlist

Rise, the gender diversity network for the media technology industry, has unveiled the shortlist for the annual Rise Awards, which take place on 18 November 2025.

Now in its sixth year, the awards take place at Troxy, London, to celebrate women, advocates, and companies in the media technology sector.

Channel 4’s Grace Boswood, Appear’s Daniella Grønne, Globecast’s Liz McParland, and Prime Focus Technologies’ Jyothi Nayak have all been shortlisted in the Business Leader category, sponsored by IBC.

This year, applications came from 21 countries, including New Zealand, Australia, Africa, India and Japan.

The winner of the Woman of the Year Award, decided by the Rise Advisory Boards, will reportedly be announced at a later date.
