Evergent has achieved Gold status in TM Forum’s Open API Conformance Certification programme, advancing from the Silver status earned in the first quarter of 2026.
The company specialises in monetisation and subscriber lifecycle management for communication service providers.
Vijay Sajja, Founder, CEO, Evergent, said operators need to act faster on new revenue and customer retention without being held back by the systems beneath them. He commented: “Standards and interoperability are central to making that possible. Achieving Gold status means Evergent works within the systems operators already run, using a common industry language instead of asking anyone to rebuild around us. We’re continuing to invest in standards-based integration so our customers can plug into open, agile infrastructure and quickly bring new services and personalised offers to market. The next few years will belong to those who can move fast.”
Gold recognition follows conformance certification of three additional Open APIs: TMF676 payment management, TMF620 product catalogue management, and TMF671 promotion management. The newly certified APIs cover functions that support how operators manage their products and offers, administer promotions, and handle customer payments.
