Calrec expands Argo M console family

Calrec has expanded its family of self-contained Argo M control surfaces with a brand new 48-fader console making its global debut at IBC2025.

Now available in 24-, 36- and 48-fader footprints, the new console is the largest of the Argo M range. The company says it enables broadcasters to utilise the extra fader count while still maximising its space-saving design, and it boasts the same broadcast feature set of the established Argo platform.

Goodman: 'In some cases bigger really is better'

Henry Goodman, Director of Product Management, Calrec Audio: “Argo M is a great footprint in its 24- and 36-fader formats, but in some cases bigger really is better and we have demand for more faders in a plug and play console like Argo M. It is very handy for flypacks, smaller trucks and other agile environments, and it can be easily added to a media network.”

Featuring up to 356 channels of internal DSP, Argo M has built-in analogue and digital audio I/O and GPIO, three modular I/O expansion slots, and a Madi I/O port via SFP.

Stand Number: 8.C47
