Soothi Na-Ranong, Head of Product and Platform at TrueVisions Group, said: “TrueVisions Now is committed to delivering a premium viewing experience, and to do this, it needs the ability to access real-time insights into how streams are playing. Bitmovin’s Observability was an obvious solution because standard analytics platforms don’t provide the same depth of video-specific analytics. Integration of the solution into our own data warehouse has also been a huge success.”

Ian Baglow, Co-CEO of Bitmovin, added: “Since its launch, TrueVisions Now has worked to continuously expand its offering and reach, and enhance service quality. With Bitmovin’s Observability, TrueVisions Now is able to access deep session-level insights that were previously hidden, alongside advanced error debugging, as well as alerts and monetization telemetry. This is enabling it to identify and resolve issues quickly so it can deliver the highest-quality service to its viewers.”
