The audience is now in control, Shapiro tells IBC

Media cartographer Evan Shapiro has urged broadcasters to take their medicine and listen to the audience, in a keynote address at the IBC. He told Theresa Wise, Chief Executive, Royal Television Society, that mainstream media should learn and adapt, that "the audience is now in control."
