Accedo has announced a number of updates to its SaaS platform, Accedo One, including advanced personalisation and analytics.
According to Accedo, the addition of advanced personalisation features enables video service providers to deliver targeted content and services tailored to each end user’s unique preferences and behaviours. In addition, new analytics capabilities make it easier for customers to gain valuable insights, explore specific data points with greater granularity, and automate content curation to drive higher engagement.
The automated content curation tool, Smart Playlists, uses Accedo One’s analytics and editor to create dynamic playlists based on content popularity and customer data. In addition, Accedo One now supports Comcast Xfinity X1, the advanced entertainment platform that combines live TV, streaming services, and smart home features into one interface.
Fredrik Andersson, CEO of Accedo SaaS Products, said: “In today’s video ecosystem, many companies face the harsh realities of higher interest rates and pressure from owners to achieve profitability. The shift from traditional bespoke development to SaaS platforms will be crucial to enabling the industry to prosper. We are continuously updating Accedo One to ensure it is best-of-breed and can deliver the functionality video providers need to create engaging and meaningful user experiences.”
