Broadcast, media and entertainment managed services provider Globecast is unveiling its new media orchestration and operations management platform, MooM, in Hall 5.
Globecast says the cloud-native SaaS platform builds on the market adoption of Content Exchange, which was introduced last year. MooM is intended to demonstrate how the company is evolving beyond traditional signal transport to become an end-to-end media operations partner.
Jean-Christophe Perier, Chief Marketing Officer, Globecast, said: "Media organisations do not need more technology silos; they need a simpler way to make their existing investments and new cloud services work as one. Content Exchange has demonstrated the value of intelligent orchestration across media transport. With MooM, we are extending that approach across the broader operational environment, giving customers the visibility, flexibility and managed expertise they need to innovate while we handle the complexity, resilience and scale.”
MooM is designed to bring remote production, playout, media asset management, content preparation, headend and OTT delivery workflows into a single operational environment. Meanwhile, Content Exchange remains central to Globecast's strategy and is being showcased with its latest enhancements at IBC.
