Just months after being acquired by leading UK post-production company Envy, post houses Halo Post Production and Evolutions have been placed into administration.
In a statement, Mojo Bridge – the company under which Halo, Evolutions and new location media management division Relay traded – said: “The decision to file for administration follows several months of detailed strategic and financial review. It was taken only after every realistic option had been examined, and only when it became clear that no responsible alternative remained.
“This outcome is deeply disappointing for all parties, and we recognise the uncertainty and distress it may create for many people connected to the business.”
Mojo Bridge employs over 90 professionals and trades from offices on Sheraton and Noel Street in Soho.
Nick Parsk, a licensed insolvency practitioner and partner at Oury Clark Chartered Accountants, has been appointed administrator of the company.
In a LinkedIn post, Oury Clark stated that Nick Parsk previously handled the administration of the Soho-based post-production company Lip Sync Post in May 2025, which was sold as a going concern to a third-party buyer following a four-week trading period.
The news comes at a difficult time for the UK post-production sector, which has seen a slew of company closures in recent years, including The Mill and MPC.
