Banijay UK will increase its in-house post-production capabilities by launching new facilities in London, doubling capacity in Glasgow, and investing in Manchester.
Initially focused on unscripted production, the post resources are being made available to all Banijay UK businesses. This includes production companies Dragonfly, Remarkable, Initial, Tiger Aspect, and IWC Media.
Banijay UK in-house post facilities, labelled B Post, now offer more than 25 cutting rooms, four online/grade suites, four audio suites and podcasting studios across the UK.
The move is being spearheaded by Donna Mulvey-Jones, who was appointed Director of Post-Production at Banijay UK earlier in 2025. Mulvey-Jones most recently worked at Netflix, where she set up and led the non-fiction post-production teams in both Los Angeles and the UK. Before this, she established and managed in-house post-production facilities for All3Media and Fremantle.
Mulvey-Jones will be supported by the newly appointed Head of Technical Operations, Ben Keable, and Senior Post Producer Kate George. Keable was previously Director of Operations at halo Post Group, and has held senior management positions at halo, Evolutions, Molinare, and Visual Data Media Services. Similarly, George has over 30 years of post-production experience working at facilities including Molinare and ENVY.
In Glasgow, Gavin Wilson has been promoted to Head of Technical Operations. He will be joined by new hires from a local post house named Edit 123. Namely, this includes Post Producer Jenny Bruce, Online Editor Rachel Clark, and Senior Edit Support David Mercer.
Banijay UK has existing post-production operations in Manchester under the label Workerbee. This company is led by Keren Aarons, who is also now supporting the wider B Post UK operation and working on future expansion and consolidation plans in the region.
Banijay UK is part of production and distribution giant Banijay, which is home to over 130 production companies across 21 territories. The UK division houses production companies responsible for shows such as MasterChef, Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, Pointless, Ambulance, SAS Rogue Heroes and Peaky Blinders.

We’ll absolutely continue partnering with the fantastic post houses we rely on – but the industry is under pressure, technology is advancing fast, and it’s important for us to stay relevant in how we work.”
