Pinewood Group has named Farrah Charles as General Manager of Shepperton Studios.
Charles has over 20 years of experience in the film and TV industry, having held senior roles at leading studios including BBC Studioworks, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, and Garden Studios.
She joins from London’s Garden Studios, where she was Head of Client Services.
After starting her career at Pinewood, Charles went on to roles that spanned studio operations, client services, and major facility transformations.
In these roles, she has supported productions for a wide range of production houses, broadcasters and streamers, including Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video, ABC Signature & Hulu, Apple TV, BBC, ITV, and Netflix.
Charles said: "Returning to Pinewood Group in many ways feels like coming home. I couldn't be more excited to be entrusted to oversee the globally renowned and iconic Shepperton Studios. Especially in its 95th year of operation! I'm looking forward to working with the fantastic team and productions onsite and cannot wait to build upon Shepperton’s already outstanding reputation for delivering world-class facilities, services and customer experience."
