On the money: How to choose a monetisation model

IBC2023: Most media companies use monetisation models based on either their audience or their content. The more narrowly defined a monetisation model is, the more revenue opportunities can be missed. A multi-pronged monetisation approach can attract more viewers. This panel discussed how a new service determines the available monetisation options and the key metrics that need to be monitored.
