On show from AEQ will be Xplorer Max, a wireless intercom terminal from AEQ based on high-performance digital radio technology.
Boasting Wireless Multimedia – Docsis Enhanced Communication (WM-DEC), an exclusive digital radio technology in the 5GHz band, AEQ says that Xplorer Max guarantees quality of service, protection against interference and a range of up to 600m in open conditions with a single antenna.
Moreover, the company says the terminal minimises the need for multiple access points, making it easy to install and ideal for temporary deployments, large-scale events and demanding environments. Each access point can manage dozens of terminals simultaneously.
Combining functionality and ergonomics in a compact and robust beltpack format, Xplorer Max’s interface integrates four programmable keys per page (with up to four pages per key), two volume encoders and a multifunction graphic LED display. It is compatible with Conexia, Crossnet, the TH5000 matrix and the Xpeak matrix-less system and offers HD VoIP and Kroma VoIP connectivity.
Also on show will be AEQ’s TP9000 intercom panels, the Solaris audio codec and the Olympia system.
