Fresh insights emerged from the session “A Manifesto for Change: Designing our work/life differently”, where Changemakers like Wesa Aapro (YLE) and Amy Woltemath (Sky Deutschland GmbH) discussed the reformation of our professional landscapes.

“Sustainability in Production: Uncle Albert and the new kids on the block” featured a panel led by Neal Romanek (The Flint), who emphasised the need for an eco-conscious approach in media. The session shed some light on how to overcome climate anxiety through sustainable production techniques.

Wincie Knight from Paramount Global offered a compelling post-mortem on organisational inclusivity. Her session, “Committing to inclusion: How to keep the momentum going?”, showcased strategies that underscore the value of every employee’s voice.
