Key insights, discussions and pitches for new media industry innovation project ideas are underway as attendance applications open for the IBC Accelerator Kickstart Day, on Wednesday 12 February 2025 at the BBC Broadcasting House, London.
The IBC Accelerator Kickstart Day offers a full day programme with 2025 project pitches during the unique event where attendees can support projects by getting involved as either a Champion or a Participant and be a part of the highly acclaimed programme.
IBC Accelerator Programme has been running since its inception in 2019, each year reflecting on key emerging themes within the broad media & entertainment eco-system, with projects covering a wide range of relevant industry challenges in topical areas, including AI, Connectivity, Sustainability, IP Evolution, News & Disinformation, Ad Tech, Cybersecurity & Content Protection, Immersive XR Tech among many other areas of media technology evolution.
Only eight of the projects presented at Kickstart Day will be selected to develop for culmination at the IBC2025 show, 12-15 September at the RAI Amsterdam, to be presented to an esteemed and international audience, followed by pivotal networking opportunities.
The IBC Accelerator Kickstart Day is free to attend for broadcasters, platforms, studios and key media & technology vendors in the ecosystem but attendance is limited and preference will be given to those involved in potential projects that will be selected to pitch at the event.
