NEP Europe has unveiled a new organisational structure for its northern, mid and southern European businesses.
The company will organise into three market groups focused on providing live sports and entertainment media solutions to its customers.

The Nordics cluster will represent NEP’s operations in Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark and will be led by Marko Viitanen.
A mid and southern group will include NEP’s operations in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Spain. It will be headed by Maarten Swinnen.
A UK, Netherlands and Ireland cluster will continue to be led by Arjan van Westerloo.
The three executives will report to Lise Heidal, President, NEP Europe.
Heidal said: "This redesign of our group into three clusters is an important step toward building a stronger 'One Europe' team, enabling us to deliver the best of NEP to both our local and pan-European customers. With this new structure, we will move faster, enhance collaboration, and optimise the sharing of resources across the entire region.
"I am thrilled to announce the promotion of two exceptional and seasoned country leaders, Marko Viitanen and Maarten Swinnen, who will head the new clusters, alongside Arjan van Westerloo who is already heading up the UK, the Netherlands and Ireland. Each of these three leaders brings extensive market knowledge and expertise, ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry and consistently meet our customers' needs."
