NEP Europe has appointed David Rees as Managing Director of NEP Connect, effective from March 2026.
Rees was most recently Head of Outside Broadcast at sports streamer DAZN, where he led host broadcast strategy for the company’s expansion into emerging markets.
NEP Connect’s new Managing Director will report to Arjan van Westerloo, Executive Vice President (EVP) of NEP Europe and join the regional senior leadership team.
He will succeed Interim Managing Director Vince Russell, who will remain with NEP Connect during the transition period.
NEP Connect delivers connectivity solutions for broadcast, live events, and corporate clients worldwide. Its offerings include a fibre network, global satellite coverage, on-location broadband, gateway services, and remote production capabilities.
