Broadcast infrastructure firm Arqiva has appointed former NTL CEO and Orange CFO Simon Duffy as Chair of its Board.
His board-level experience spans the media, telecommunications, technology and entertainment sectors, having served with organisations including Oger Telecom, Wizz Air and Millicom.
He currently serves as Non-Executive Chair of Modern Times Group, Viaplay Group and LW Theatres Limited, and as a Non-Executive Director of LW Entertainment Holdings.
Duffy takes over from Interim Chair Scott Longhurst.
